THE CLIENT/COACH RELATIONSHIP
Coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help them identify and achieve their goals. In coaching conversations, I will be direct and honest, and encourage you to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the willingness of both parties to remain open and 100% committed to the process.
COACHING AND HEALING
I use various coaching and healing techniques. By utilising services offered by me, you enter into an agreement with me that you are 100% responsible for creating your own results, following the program and completing the tasks and activities as outlined.
I provide coaching, healing and stock/options trading education. Any approaches and/or techniques mentioned are by way of invitation to the client.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I respect and uphold confidentiality values and laws. I will only release information about our work with my written permission, court order or legal subpoena. In addition, there are some situations in which I am legally obligated to breach my confidentiality and contact local law enforcement and/or social services authorities in order to protect you or others from harm. The situations include: 1. child or elderly neglect or abuse. 2. self-harm or suicidal actions. 3. harm to others. These situations rarely occur, and I will make every effort to discuss the breach of confidentiality with you before taking action. I will keep correspondence from sessions with you for the duration of the package and/or program purchased. All files will be destroyed upon completion of the session, package and/or program.
Access and use of the session, package and/or program offered by me is permitted to you only. You shall not provide or make available any documentation, video, audio, or any login member credentials to any third party, or use the documentation, video, audio, or any login member credentials to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the session, package and/or program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that any documentation, video and/or audio presentations, and other elements of the session, package and/or program, are the sole intellectual property of mine under Australia copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You further acknowledges and agree that, I and my third party licensors own and shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the documentation, video and/or audio presentations, and other elements of the session, package and/or program including associated intellectual property rights under copyright, trade secret, patent, or trademark laws. Except for the limited, revocable license expressly granted to you herein, this agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to the documentation, video and/or audio presentations, and other elements of the session, package and/or program, or any other intellectual property rights of mine, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
REFUND POLICY
If you withdraw from the session, package and/or program within the first 48 hours for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus $100 admin fee. If you decide to withdraw from the session, package and/or program after the first 48 hours, there will be no refund.
FEE
The session, package and/or program is paid for prior to commencement. A requirement is that all payments be made via electronic bank transfer or credit card. Once payment is made, and Client Agreement signed, it is deemed that the you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and the transaction is final and your session, package and/or program confirmed.
COACHING AND HEALING SESSIONS
You can book all sessions with me via the calendar link provided to you. Please note that booking sessions ahead of time will ensure you are accommodated with preferred time and days of the week.
In the event I cannot make the session time due to illness, I will immediately contact you giving you the option to have the session postponed.
INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER
The information contained within the Unlimited Abundance Academy program is intended to be educational and general information only and does not take into consideration any individual financial objectives, situation or needs. I and all those involved or associated with me and my products disclaim any liability to you, in respect of anything and of the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done by tyou in reliance, whether whole or partial, upon the entire contents, or partial use of the contents of the Unlimited Abundance Academy program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Whilst I am committed to act at all times in good faith, results are not guaranteed, and in the unlikely event of any dispute arising, liability by me is limited to the fees paid. NO EVENT SHALL I, TBC BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Client Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and I. I shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions you may make as a result of the Services provided by me.
